I am Claudine Nightingill-Rane and I live in Hove, Sussex.

I had a difficult relationship with my body for years, and discovering it didn't have to be this way opened my eyes to a different perspective on my body and on life.  I tried every diet going, including the ones labelled "lifestyle changes", plus obsessive exercise, slimming pills and squeezing myself into underwear that restricted my breathing!

But then I managed to shift my mindset, I started to respect my body for what it could do, I started sea swimming all through the year, and the sum of these parts meant I knew I could do anything I put my mind to, the blocks were created by me.

I decided to train as a personal and life coach, NLP practitioner and hypnotherapist, and discovered Blue Health, combining my two passions, the power of the ocean in healing, and the importance of accepting ourselves as we are: mind, body and soul.

I have been working with people my whole career, from empowering young people in the criminal justice system, to working with professionals to develop better relationships with clients.

Having gone through my own burnout and had the challenges that life as a working mum can bring, I turned to a coach to help me move forward.  At times I felt like I was treading water, going nowhere and life was passing me by.  My coach helped me learn to accept the crests and troughs of the waves, understanding life can't always be full of joy, but the better care we take of ourselves during the good and mediocre times, the better we can deal with the lows.   A big part of my transformation was self acceptance, firstly of my body, and then of the rest of what makes me me.  All my experiences help me help others who have gone through and are going through difficulties.

I now support people like you, to make changes in their lives they didn't think were possible, to live a life more fulfilled, more full of joy and self-acceptance. I combine by body image coaching expertise with blue mind science: the idea that being in or near blue space (natural bodies of water) can improve creativity, health and professional success and reinforce connection; to the natural world, each other and ourselves.

I help people who want to feel more fulfilled in life, who are stuck in a rut and need a change.  Life's too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled. Let me help you learn and develop better ways to handle the obstacles that are standing in the way of your dreams.

I live by the sea in Sussex with my husband and two children and doggo.  When I am not coaching, parenting or wifeing, I can usually be found in the sea or on a yoga mat (or in my hammock in the garden!)

Other things I have a strong opinion on: feminism and equality, mental health, ocean pollution, cold water swimming, wine and coffee.

Let's have a chat and see how I can help.

I look forward to helping you make the changes you wish for.
