Body Kindness and Yoga Workshop

Be at peace with your body

Do you ever feel like your body isn't good enough?

Do you give it a hard time?

Or do you think you haven't got the "right" body for yoga?


So many of us have such negative thoughts and feelings about our bodies, and it can hold us back from so much in life.  It’s not just about what you see in the mirror; it can impact your relationships, career choices, hobbies, social life, what you wear, everything you eat and how you choose to move your body. 


But it doesn’t have to be that way.


Come and join us for a nurturing half-day workshop, giving time and attention to yourself (for once) in the soothing surroundings of the Be Yoga studio in Haywards Heath. 


We will spend time reflecting on all the influences that make us feel we are not good enough in our bodies. 

We will do some gentle mindful yoga (suitable for first timers, and experienced yogis), helping us appreciate what our bodies can do. 

This will be followed by meditation, showing our bodies some kindness with meaningful affirmations, and we will nourish them with delicious refreshments. 


You will leave with a new sense of appreciation for your body, practical tips on how to be kinder to yourself in the mirror and an understanding of moving in ways that bring you joy. 

And most importantly of all, you will leave knowing your worth is so much more than how you look.

Your hosts

Your hosts will be Bryony yoga therapist

And Claudine – Body Image and Blue Health Coach.  I help women overcome the negative narrative they have about their bodies – about how they look and what they can’t do; to make peace with their bodies and have confidence that spills into every area of their life.  I am a sea lover and use the essence of the sea in my coaching to enhance wellbeing, using a range of coaching techniques, language, hypnotherapy and mindfulness.
